Under Construction

Project Engineer

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside professional engineers and assist with daily tasks

  • Prepare full construction document packages in AutoCAD and Revit

  • Review shop drawings and assist with construction administration

  • Perform structural engineering design calculations and analysis

  • Perform site visits as required

  • Learn on the job by working directly under and with Project managers and Senior Staff

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering

  • 0-5 years of experience

  • Completed basic structural engineering design and analysis courses

  • Highly motivated and strong academic performance

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

  • Working knowledge with AutoCAD and Revit

Structural Engineering Intern

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside professional engineers and assist with daily tasks

  • Prepare sketches, drawings and full construction document packages in AutoCAD and Revit

  • Review shop drawings for conformance with construction documents

  • Assist with RFI responses and sketches for projects in construction administration

  • Assist with basic structural engineering design calculations and analysis

  • Perform site visits as required

  • Gain a basic knowledge of structural engineering and learn by working directly under and with Project managers and Senior Staff

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering

  • Completed basic structural engineering design and analysis courses

  • Highly motivated and strong academic performance

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

  • Working knowledge with AutoCAD and Revit
